B.Main Characteristics

    After the DSY series Non-PVC soft bag production line, SRD series come into being with customers higher and higher requirements. More stable, more convenient operation, easier maintenance, higher qualification rate and lower film-usage.  

The characteristics list:

1. Compact contract, small used space; see picture.  It saves plant space, reduce the air-

    condition power and air-cleaned power.

2. Continuous film-draw technology is adopted to save place of bag-making station. The two-bag

    each time can reach 2500 bag/hour which only can reach 1500 bag/hour.

3. The width of bag can be adjusted. The cost of film consumption of 100ml can be reduced by

    0.12per bag (see the attached table ). Supposed 10,000,000bags per year and 40% is

    100ml,the cost of film consumption of a production line can save 480,000.

4. The main motor and long-distance gas tank are replaced by servo motor, which ensure stable

    operation, little concussion and high capacity.

5. Increase a set of pre-heating group. The pre-heating group is next to forming group. So the

    joint can be heated enough which is suitable for the film whose heating temperature is low

    (e.g. Germany film, film made in China).

6. Good forming structure. The needed-change components are reduced to two third of before.

    The components change is more convenient.

7. Add flotsam-remove structure which collects all the flotsam to reduce the cost of human cost

    of flotsam-remove.

8. Adopt a table-style unit engine base. It is more convenient for customer to install. And it is

    easier to be cleaned compared to the past form.

9. Improve the sealing structure, which increase the sealing speed at a big step. Four to six bags

    each time form can reach 5000bags to 7500bags per hour.

10. Eliminate the touch between the inner bag and the filling tube, which reduce the pollution

    cost then.

C.Brief Introduction of Stations

Bag-shape advantages

1.      The four sides of bag are rounding off. Out appearance has good scale.

2.      Welding round has no dislocation.

3.      The centre of gravity is on the center line of bag. There will not be deflection when hanging.

4.      The trim is parallel to the welding line. The distance is equality.

Rack Structure

The whole rack structure adopts 304 stainless steel and the contact part adopts 316L stainless steel, which conforms to GMP standards.

Control System

It adopts intelligent control, which is easy, simple and convenient operation. It adopts PLC and touch screen, which ensure the stable operation.

Linear modular structure

This machine adopts linear design. Each station has its own function. The modular design is for different material.

Advanced welding mould

It adopts the whole welding forming mould, which ensures the same bag shape. There is no dislocation. It adopts unique penetrated plating, which improves the welding quality and increases the life of welding mould.

Film-delivery station

1.      Film canister is fixed by cylinder clamp. There is no need for other tool or by manual.

2.      There are two film canister stands, which is convenient for change.

3.      It adopts film constant tension system, which ensures stable tension.

Printing Station

Printing station includes three lines: lot number, date and expiry date. The lot number exchange does not need removing.

Mould-opening Structure

It adopts mechanical mould-opening, which ensures successful mould-opening. Any other mould-opening types can not ensure this.

Bag-making Station

1.      The welding and cutting are done by the same station, which ensure successful cut.

2.      There is no dislocation.

3.      It adopts four round corner, which is more beautiful than right-angle.

4.      Die cutting area has no other activity or wear parts.

5.      It ensures no mote on the die cutting station.

Bag-port Deliver Structure

There is an automatic bag-port lift, which ensures there are only few bag-ports on the shake plate. It can also check and feed-in automatically.

Bag-port Welding Station

It adopts ahead heating and many welding technology, which can satisfy different material. This can leave customer many choices.

Bag-deliver Station

It adopts linear drive to deliver bags, which can locate directly. And it adopts gripping. These two can ensure no mote producing. At the same time, the unqualified bags can be eliminated at this station.

Filling Station

It adopts isobaric constant-current measurement principle. It has convenient maintenance and high filling accuracy. Before welding, there is extrusion exhaust device which ensures the least air in the bag.

Cap Deliver Structure

As the same as the Bag-port deliver structure, there is an automatic bag-port lift, which ensures there are only few bag-ports on the shake plate. It can also check and feed-in automatically.

Sealing Station

It adopts vacuum to extract the cap to ensure no mote producing. It adopts clamp to orientation which is more stable. This non-contact welding model ensures no mote producing. It can control the welding pressure and time, which ensures welding qualify. Cap-deliver adopts clean compressed air, which avoids mote producing because of extrusion.


Filling system can wash and sterilize automatically. There is no need of any parts exchange.

Bag-outputting Station

Soft bag after filling and sealing adopts clamp to output. At the same time, the unqualified bag is eliminated at this station. The qualified bags are delivered to sterilization processing through the delivery belt.
