    In order to meet the demands of small capacity, big volume, on the basis of Model SPCGF12/25 ,China Sun has launched the plastic bottle I.V production line with small capacity, big volume .It is made up of linear blowing machine with two cavity, rotary washing-filling-sealing machine and intermediate parts .its sizes ranges from 100ml to 1000ml . Without hand to contact I.V solution bottle directly, it conforms to new GMP requirement .It is suitable for overseas customers for small capacity with big volume .

 Characteristics

1, Blowing part

The blowing parts adopts column cam for turning perform and synchronous perform feeding technology ,so that it can ensure the qualified rate of perform feeding .It adopts German FESTO pneumatic parts and solenoid valve ,PLC with SIEMENS,Germany Lenze Servo motor, which can ensure stability .In addition, it adopts quartz tube infrared technology to heat perform evenly, so it improves qualified rate of blowing .

2.Middle transmitting part

This part is used to transmit I.V plastic bottle to washing and filling and sealing part with continuous rotary running ,this part adopts servo bottle feeding mechanism and synchronous belt structure, so that it ensures plastic bottle send to wash-fill-seal part accurately .compared with connected conveying orbit, this part has the following advantages:no bottle falling ,continuous running ,short connected distance .

3,  Washing ,filling &sealing parts

This part is made up of washing ,filling and sealing .For washing part,customer can choose traditional water washing method and newest ion wind washing method according to customer’s need, for ion wind washing ,Ion wind rod inserts into bottle and depth can be adjusted size. waste air after washing can be specially collected and eliminated .For filling part, it adopts Germany imported pneumatic diaphragm valve with Gemu brand,so that it can ensure filling accuracy and has the function of no bottle ,no filling .For sealing part: it adopts heating panel to heat the bottle mouth and cap and with cam sealing ,it ensures qualified rate

Model SPCGF2/10 blow-wash-fill-seal monoblock machine has matched with safety protective device :such as: most advanced barrier protective device, transparent protective cover around intermediate disc, overload protective device for conveying mechanism, all the protective device ensures high safety ,reliability in terms of manufacturing &maintenance
